you need to add the meta data for this show. this is kinda a new step. it is necessary before the machines process your show.

Metadata is kinda text that the systems keep on file to describe the files. to enter it, go to the details page of your show, then hit 'edit' (by the band name), then 'file options'.

The system will fill in most of the fields for you, but look it over and make sure it is all good. when that is done, hit 'update' and in a few miutes the system will check the show for metadata, see that it has it, and then run the md5 check. when that passes, the show will be approvable and then public!

thanks for uplading and sharing on the archive!

Here is what I get when I go to the show, hit Edit and then File Options:

Please specify metadata for the files associated with this recording. Some information might be filled in for you - please verify that this information is correct.

Then there are 2 update buttons. I hit update, yet the site still asks for metadata for the show. What am I missing here?

Thanks again!

you are doing the right thing. the post right below you had the same problem:

the admins know of the bug and are working on fixign it. it seems just going back later is enough the 'fix it' when you enter the meta data screen.
